Chef Ari Taymor’s Alma, the year plus old Downtown farm to table establishment which began its life as a pop-up within Flake in Venice, scores the number one spot on Andrew Knowlton’s coveted “Hot Ten” list for Bon Appétit this year. Kudos to Taymor and his crew.
