Buying a Downtown Los Angeles Condo or Loft with a VA Loan

Are you a member of the Military looking to buy in Downtown Los Angeles? If yes you may be happy to hear you can apply your VA loan benefits to a Downtown Los Angeles Condo or Loft as long as the property meets certain criteria.

What Qualifies a Downtown Los Angeles Condo or Loft For a VA Loan?

Basic qualifications include:

Fifty percent or more of the building units must be owner-occupied
No more than 15 percent of owners can be behind in Homeowners Association (HOA) fees
If condos are to be newly constructed, 75 percent of the units must be sold prior to allowing VA loans
